location
where do i begin. Staff are dressed in t shirts and are very unprofessional - although still nice. All the walls have black scuff marks on them, including in the reception, which is shared with a realestate????? Dishwasher smelt like something died in it. could smell someone smoking in another room/rooms. Couches had rips in them, so you could see the foam inside.

Location
Phone did not work in apartment. Reception only open short time ,so being elderly felt very vunerable with no phone contact. Bed a little uncomfortable, pulled down from the wall each night.

Location
Small room for 4 people and the double bed was not in the room with a door which did not allow for any privacy for the parents. Bathroom was very small

The central location of Ozstays.
Room to small, walls to thin (noisey). We had no internet connection, felt the staff weren't to interested in trying to rectify the situation. An offer to upgrade would have been appropriate.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Location was very good.
There were some issues with exiting the car park and the explanation of how to use the key card were vague

Convenient, clean and reasonable value for money.
Shower water on two of the days was only lukewarm at best, the other day was much better. No electric blankets. No safety chain on the door. Doors opening onto the balcony were unlocked.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city and close to lots of restaurants. The apartment was quite spacious, clean, and well-eqipped. They have provided everything that you need - linen, towels, kitchen equipment, television, hairdryer, washing machine, iron etc. The free ethernet internet was a real bonus, and quite unusual for Melbourne accommodation.
Some of the fittings were difficult to use - the heating and the hob both seemed to require a knack that we didn't work out, but by hitting all the buttons things did work in the end. The limited reception hours could cause problems, but a bit of planning got around that.

Location to city, shopping, Lygon Street, Trams etc was excellent.
The bed was very uncomfortable, why do you need a fold away bed when in fact a nice new queen or double bed would have still given the same amount of space and been a whole lot more comfortable

Great location. Staff were very friendly. Good rates for the location. Apartment was generally pretty clean. Free internet in room was useful.
Only one small wardrobe in a two bedroom apartment - not enough space for a family of four! Lots of street noise. Heater very loud so couldn't have it on overnight so it was very cold. Hot water went from scalding to luke warm and back again. Very difficult getting the kids showered. With little ones the kitchen was a main reason for booking at Ozstays & it really could have done with a little more stocking (a drying rack and a clean sponge would have been nice). Limited office hours made luggage storage an issue.

The staff are excellent. Short walk to main shops and there is a supermarket and eatery 3min walk away. Felt very safe and secure in building and apartment. We had a comfortable stay.

Very central - handy to everything in the city.Extremely convenient with the in-room facilities for cooking, washing and drying.
Main bedroom need a couple of hooks, as the only wardrobe is in the single room. Crockery did nmeed washing before we used it.
